Thank you for your interest and intention to participate in the 2025 Semmelweis Symposium, the event is organized around the topic "Innovations in Cardiovascular Medicine".
Semmelweis Symposium is the most prestigious annual scientific event of Semmelweis University, which presents the latest scientific results and innovations and is an excellent forum for international knowledge transfer and networking.
Keynote lectures are to be held by internationally recognised experts, alumni and esteemed collaborators of Semmelweis University.
We are looking forward to welcoming you and sharing with you an excellent time in Budapest.
The language of the Symposium is English.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of the event, the venue has reached full capacity, and we have had to close online registration earlier than the originally announced deadline.
For Semmelweis University graduate students:
If you have not yet registered and this event is your only opportunity to fulfil the Semmelweis Symposium criteria subject, you must obtain official endorsement from your Faculty Education Office. Please forward this endorsement via email to sci.vicerector@semmelweis.hu In your email, be sure to include the following details: Full name, Neptun code, Year of study, Field of study, Language of instruction and contact e-mail address
For Semmelweis University PhD students:
PhD students who have submitted a poster abstract but have not yet registered are kindly asked to send their registration request via email to sci.vicerector@semmelweis.hu

Attendance confirmation:
To verify attendance at the Symposium, QR codes will be displayed during the event. All registered participants will receive information regarding QR code scanning procedures prior to the start of the Symposium.
